Attend an intensive weekend workshop with classically-trained artist Anna Youngers in her downtown Sioux Falls studio.
Designed for various skill levels, the workshop will touch on all aspects of drawing from life. In-depth focus will be on accurately observing form and underlying structure, capturing likeness, and modeling form with light & shadow. Students will work from a live model & will receive personalized one-on-one instruction throughout the class.
Easels provided; a list of suggested materials will be provided with registration.
Workshop itinerary includes:
Friday evening 6 – 9:30pm
(live artist demo & materials discussion Friday evening)
Saturday 8am – 5pm
(participants work from model; lots of individual instruction throughout the day)
Cost: $175 + $25 model fee
